Adsorption purification principle
1. Organic waste gas passes through the filter to remove solid particles, entering the adsorption tank from top to bottom. Organic matter is captured, adsorbed, and concentrated by activated carbon, with purified air being discharged into the atmosphere from the lower part of the tank through the main fan.
2. Desorption occurs when the activated carbon adsorption of organic matter reaches saturation. Stop inhaling organic waste gas and feed steam upward through the activated carbon bed to blow off the organic matter from the activated carbon, i.e., desorption. The activated carbon in the tank restores its activity, i.e., regeneration.
3, hot air drying and cooling: after desorption with steam in the activated carbon layer, about 80-90% of the steam condensate remains, filling the pores of the activated carbon, thus reducing the activity of the carbon layer. Therefore, hot air is introduced to dry the carbon layer. Then close the steam valve, and then pass into the room temperature air, cooled to about 25 ℃, the activated carbon is restored as before, in order to prepare for recycling.
4, Organic solvent recovery, using the characteristics of organic solvents with high dew point temperature, the mixture of steam and organic solvents is introduced into the condenser to condense, and the condensate enters the separator through the trap to separate and recover the solvents by using the characteristics of solvents lighter than water.
5, sage water purification: to ensure the cleanliness of the condensate, to avoid organic solvents ingested water discharged into the water column, in the separator after the separation of the water through the compressed air so that the organic solvent in the water is fully desorbed, the compressed air out of the organic-containing air folded back to the exhaust system, re-adsorption, purification of condensate, discharged into the sewers.
6. Continuous adsorption measures: In the continuous production of the plant, the adsorption system also needs to work continuously accordingly. It can be designed in the exhaust gas purification system by choosing a double tank series, in order to allow for adsorption and regeneration to be used alternately and continuously.
7, regeneration cycle, this life should be based on the purification of exhaust gas concentration of harmful gases, when the concentration of harmful gases complained of exceeding the value of the standard, that is, should stop the attachment, regeneration. 2. Equipment should be used for one month to check the internal equipment
