Product Introduction
Basic structure
Electrostatic precipitator consists of two main parts: one is the body system of the electrostatic precipitator; the other part is the power supply device and low voltage automatic control system which provide high voltage DC power. The structure principle diagram of the electrostatic precipitator is shown in Fig. 1, the high-voltage power supply system is a step-up transformer power supply, and the dust collector is grounded. The low-voltage electric control system is used to control the temperature of the electromagnetic vibrating hammer, the ash discharge electrode, the ash delivery electrode and several components.
Principle of operation
The basic principle of ESP is to use electricity to capture the dust in the flue gas, which mainly includes the following four interrelated physical processes: ionization of gas, charging of dust, movement of charged dust to the electrode, and capture of charged dust.
Charged dust capture process, in the two radius of curvature difference between the metal anode and cathode, through the high-voltage direct current. Maintain an electric field sufficient to make the gas ionization, gas ionization produced by the electrons: anions and cations, adsorbed in the dust through the electric field, so that the dust to get a charge, charge electrode properties of different dust in the electric field under the action of the force, respectively, to the electrodes of different polarity movement, deposition of the electrodes, and to achieve the purpose of dust and gas separation.
