Filtration principle

Cleaning Principle
Offline pulse bag filter with the filtration time is extended, the dust layer on the filter bag is constantly thickening, dust removal equipment resistance continues to rise, when the equipment resistance rises to the set value, the dust cleaning device began to clear dust, electromagnetic pulse valve opens, the compressed air with a very short time in the upper box in the body of the rapid expansion, surging into the filter bag, so that the bag expansion and deformation of vibration, and in the reverse airflow under the effect of scouring, the attached dust on the outer surface of the filter bag, the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the bag. Under the effect of reverse airflow flushing, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the dust hopper, the ash cleaning is completed, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed. The room returns to normal filtration state. Cleaning each room in turn, from the first room cleaning to the next cleaning began as a cleaning cycle.
