Product Introduction
There are two main structural forms of wet ESP, one is the use of corrosion-resistant and conductive materials (can be excellent conductivity of non-metallic materials or corrosion-resistant metal materials) to do the dust collection pole, and the other is to form a conductive film of water through the water spray or overflow water, the use of non-conductive non-metallic materials to do the dust collection pole.
Wet ESP can also be divided into cross-flow type (horizontal) and vertical flow type (vertical) according to the direction of exhaust gas flow. Cross-flow type is more for the plate structure, the gas flow direction is horizontal in and out of the structure, similar to dry ESP; vertical flow type is more for the tube structure, the gas flow direction is vertical in and out of the structure. Generally speaking, the efficiency of vertical flow wet ESP is 2 times that of horizontal flow ESP under the same ventilation cross-section area.
The powder collected on the pole plate can be washed down by water. Wet cleaning can avoid the re-flying of the captured dust and achieve high dust removal efficiency. Because there is no vibration device, the operation is also more reliable, the use of water spraying or overflow water and other ways to make the collection of less than the surface of the electrode to form a conductive film of the device there are corrosion, sludge and sewage disposal problems, only in the gas containing a low concentration of sit, the requirements of dust removal efficiency is higher when used: the use of corrosion-resistant conductive material for dust collection pole of the wet-type dust collector does not need long-term water spraying or overflow, only according to the system operating conditions of the regular flushing, only a very small amount of water consumption of the part of the dust collector, the dust collected on the pole plate can be flushed down by water. Consumption of a very small amount of water that part of the water can be recovered and recycled, collecting and sitting system basically no secondary pollution.
Wet type electric dust collector and dry type electric dust collector have the same dust collecting principle, both rely on high voltage corona discharge to make the dust charged, the charged powder less under the action of electric field force to reach the collector plate/tube dry type electric dust collector mainly deals with dry gas with low water content, wet type electric dust collector mainly deals with wet gas with high water content or even saturated. There is a big difference between WESP and DESP in the way of removing the dust captured on the collector plate/tube. Dry ESP generally adopts mechanical vibration or acoustic wave cleaning to remove the accumulated dust on the electrode. Wet ESPs, on the other hand, use periodic flushing to remove the dust with the flow of flushing liquid.
